4. Payments and Refunds

Deposits may be held until vehicle inspection is completed.

REEV Inc. is not responsible for payment disputes between renters and owners.

5. Cancellations

Renters must notify REEV Inc. to cancel a booking.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and vehicle owner policy.

Vehicle owners may reject booking requests for safety or availability reasons.

6. Liability

Renters are responsible for all damages, fines, or violations incurred during rental.

Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are in safe and operable condition.

REEV Inc. is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from vehicle use.

7. Privacy

REEV Inc. collects personal information to manage rentals and listings.

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
